After years of sitting on the sidelines and wondering if we had what it takes in 2011 we finally jumped into BBQ competition arena.
For 2011 and 2012 we primarily cooked on Ugly Drum Smokers aka UDS and we did pretty well. We have scored well in all the categories just never all at the same comp (yet).
For 2013 we have added a Lang 60 smoker to our arsenal.
